Dear PLS folks,

Can anybody explain for me what is the different between behavorial LV overview and correlation overview (between brain score and behavioral variable) and why behavioral LV bars should be proportional to correlation bar?

Thanks
Kambiz

I can answer the first question:

Behavioral LV overview is from "behavlv" variable in the result datamat, which is an orthonormal matrix of saliences for the behavioral measurements.

Correlation overview is from "orig_corr" variable in the result datamat, which is the correlation between behavioral measurements and the brain scores.

The reason that they are in some sorts of proportion might be caused by the saliences for the behavioral measurements. However, the proportion scale for different group/condition can be different.
