Our study is rapid event-related analysis. We would like to use PLS for data analysis. Q: IN PLS we use TR numbers for the onset time, what if the TR is not an integer (the whole number), such as 4.3s. How do we handle the TR number? For example, if the cumulative onset time for a stimulus is 4300 ms and the TR is 2300 ms. THe number of TR to enter the batch file would be 4300/2300 = 1.86, in this case should we round up the number to 2? Would it affect the result? Can anyone let me know? Thank you in advance. ych

In this case, you should round up the onset time for this stimulus to 2. This is because PLS takes each scan image for each TR, which cannot be divided further.
