Hi PLSusers, For behavioral PLS, is it possible to have behavioral data of 0? For example, reaction time for baseline. In the study, the reaction time for baseline is 0, is it ok to have 0 ms in behavioral data file? Would PLS yield valid data. I tried to run it but I got warnings in matlab when I tried to look at brain scores vs. behavioral data plot. But I do get the plots. Can anyone let me know? Thanks in advance. bye

If all subjects have zero for their baseline RT, you cannot use that.
There is no variance, and the correlation cannot be calculated.
