Hi,
I'm using the batch_plsgui function to create datamat files. I am receiving the message "Error: The datamats have different window size." However, I've checked and re-checked and all the text files have the same value for win_size.
Does anyone have any idea what might be going on?

In order to duplicate the error, please upload your raw data and your script to create datamat to anywhere that I can have access, and then post a link here. PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH ANYTHING TO YOUR EMAIL.
