Dear all,

I have a simple question that I hope someone can help me through. If I have two conditions and two group with 28 subjects in each, I am just wondering how the order of the b_score variable look like?

Is is like:

subject1 cond1 group1

...

subject 28 cond 1 group 1

subject 1  cond 2 group 1

....

subject 28 cond2 group1

....

subject1 cond1 group2

...

subject 28 cond 1 group 2

subject 1 cond 2 group 2

....

subject 28 cond2 group2

Thanks in advance!

Dave

brainscores = datamat * brainlv. So b_scores (brainscores) should have the same order as datamat. The order that you posted is correct.
