Hello, I would like to use MRIcron to create brain images, by overlaying activations generated from PLS. Is there a good way to do this? I've tried going to 3D Cardinal View and then saving the .hdr/.img files. However, when I add these files as an overlay in MRIcron, distracting borders appear around the brains that are in the same colour as the activation. If anyone has experience with using MRIcron and could offer some tips, that would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
