Hi I am trying to do a PLS based on several psychological scales. But they are ordinal. Some even just have scores like 0 and 1. Is that a problem? Or do you have ordinal PLS for brain images? Thanks

I assume that you are talking about behavior data. Basically, Behavior PLS will look into the correlation between brain data and behavior data, and the scores that you mentioned is acceptable. For example, at a lot of time, we use Reaction Time, and Accuracy for behavior data, and Accuracy only contains 0 and 1.

If your brain data (i.e. datamat) only contains 0 and 1, you cannot use PLS for those data.
