Hi all,

Quick question: When running a behavioural PLS, you can deselect conditions defined in your sessiondata.mats based on whether they have behavioural measures. If all you are doing is a behavioural PLS, do you even need to model these excluded conditions initially in the individual sessiondata.mats? Would you achieve the same results if you modeled only the conditions with behavioural measures, vs. modeling all conditions and excluding the irrelevant ones before loading the behavioural data when defining the behavioural PLS analysis?

deselect condition feature in PLS analysis window applys to all PLS method, not just for behav PLS. Once that condition is excluded, it is not considered in the computation, just like you initially excluded it when modeling you paradime.

That's what I thought, thanks very much for confirming.
