Hello,
I was wondering which variables in the matlab results file correspond to the correlation values and their CI's of a specific LV from a behavioural PLS.
I thought it was the values under orig_corr - however, these are larger than 1 and don't match the correlation values I see on the results displayed in the GUI.
Thanks,
Areeba
it should be "orig_corr" - which cannot be above 1.0 of course. Can you post the values in the matrix, please?

HI randy,
this is the first column from orig_corr - i used correlation mode 2 (covariance) option. If this is what explains the values below, how do i reconcile the correlation values and these and associated signs?

if you used correlaiton mode 2, then these are covariances - is there a reason you did the analysis with covariances? If not, rerun with correlations
