I was wondering why it is that
a) Some plots come with error bars, and others do not
and
b) why the error bars are not centered on the the estimated correlations.

Thank you!

Erin..
the bars are actually the limits of the 95% confidence interval for the correlation, not error bars, so the limits are not necessarily symmetrical around the obtained correlation -

Currently, we generate confidence intervals only for the correlation of brainscores with behaviour in the BehavPLS.

We are working on incorporating them to the design LVs, so look for that in future releases...

Hi. I used an earlier version of PLS software that did not incorporate CI's for task PLS LV design scores - is there a way (say other than running the same analyses using a newer version) to add this in manually? Thanks for your help in advance!! Miyoung

For "Task PLS Brain (or Scalp) Scores with CI" feature,a new variable is computed and saved in the result file for display. Therefore, you must re-run the test in order to see it.
