Hello PLS experts,
Can anybody let me what does voxel intensity extracted by 'multiple voxel extraction' show us?How one can interpret the voxel intensity?I know that it is the actual data that one have put into the datamat.
Furthermore,as it was mentioned in the user guide, for E.R.FMRI rows stands for subjects in conditions in group, and column stands for voxel with lags.So what happens to the number of trails?have you made any kind of averaging since the data matrix seems to be too small.
Thanks in advance
/D

As an example, if you have normalized to an onset, multiple voxel extraction will provide the %deviation from that onset for each subject, for each TR specified, for each condition (and across runs, if that was selected). If you are doing a group analysis, data are averaged across onsets (trials) within conditions.

Trial-by-trial information is only available for single-subject analyses.
