I would need advice on how group comparisons are done in PLS. For example let us say that I plan to obtain PET rCBF data from 2 groups of subjects  during 3 periods: baseline, drug A  (exp group) or placebo (control group), recovery after drug offset. I want to show that there is a difference between the groups on the second scan (drug A vs placebo). How should  the analysis be done and what would be the output of the analysis if there is a difference?

Thank you!

Gilles
