hello, Does anyone know a good book or article which claridy the mathematic and concept of partial least square for FMRI data?I have already read 'Partial least squares analysis of neuroimaging data: applications and advances' but it sounds little difficult to digest.I would appreciate if anyone provide an easier book or article which bring the pls facts out(especially related to FMRI data)?

I am not aware of anything "easier" out there.  There are some tutorials that are posted in the slides from our annual workshop.  If there is a specific thing you are having problems with, perhaps you could post it and we can try to help.

Just thought I'd point out that as a fellow new person in PLS, I found the McIntosh 1996 article on PLS really helpful, particularly the appendix at the back with the working example.
