Hello,

I'm quite new at this and would appreciate some help interpreting my analysis. I am doing a mean centered PLS with two conditions (condition 1, condition 2). It is a block design. Let's say the first LV is significant. Condition 2 has an above zero design score, and condition 1 has a below zero design score, and the LV is significant.

Am I correct in saying the blue (negative voxels) on the BS map reflect voxels where condition 1 has more voxels than condition 2, and positive (red/yellow) voxels vice versa?  The idea would be that because condition 1 has a more negative design score than condition 2, negative voxels on the BS map should be ones where condition 1 actually had more activity than condition 2.

Am I understanding all this correctly?

Thanks, and hopefully I'll catch on soon...

Ben
