Hi All,
I want to study the effect of genotype on brain activity during a blocked fMRI task in a large group of subjects using PLS.
Can I run a PLS analysis directly on SPM 2nd analyses contrast images task to look at the effect of a genotype?
Is it possible to do it, and how?
