Dear PLS experts,
Sorry for posting my question again but it is extremely important for me to figure out if the way that I am doing is correct or not.
What I am trying to do is masking between the first significant latent variable and an .img file which has obtained from SPM.Now for pointing out the fact that the result of the masking reveal some specific region, let's sey visual region,I am wondering if I have to do the masking for each timepoint (lags) separately or there is a better way of doing the masking on the whole pattern LV1 with out considering each lag separetly.Let's say,Is it possible to export LV1 as an image file and than add the image files of all the lags(lat's say 8 lags) and finally administrate the masking on the added images?
Thanks in advance.

David..
If I understand correctly, you have no temporal information from your SPM analysis. If you want to ignore the lag information for the PLS analysis, you should run the analysis as a 'block' fMRI , rather than 'event-related'. This will give you a single pattern, based on the average deviation from event onset. If you have strong effects in your ER-fMRI analysis that are consistent across the lags, you should see a similar pattern in the BfMRI analysis. Masking is then more straightforward.
