Hello again ~ Can you recommend an efficient protocol to run the PLS analysis on a subset of voxels rather than on the whole image? (i.e., I can certainly modify the input files to contain only the voxels of interest but I wonder if there is a way to input a mask in the PLS environment).

You have a chance to input the mask in the creating datamat window.
