Hi. I have a couple of questions that might've been asked before (in which case I apologize and appreciate your input once again!): 1) Seed PLS - I've run Task PLS and Behavior PLS on a dataset with 2 subject groups and 3 conditions. Is it from the results of these analyses that I choose voxels to do the Seed PLS to find functional connectivity, or do the results themselves from the Task and Behavior PLS imply functional connectivity? 2) Is it possible to use PLS on target-detection tasks (so e.g. sensory-motor task, auditory discriminating task, etc) with 2 subject groups? Thanks so much in advance for your time and help! Miyoung

For your first question, here's how Seed PLS works:
  1. Run regular PLS (e.g. Task PLS);
  2. Find active voxels, and use them as seeds (extract intensities of those voxels);
  3. Run Behavior PLS using the extracted voxels as behavior data;
  4. Find functional connectivity in the above Behavior PLS result;
