Hi, Jimmy - thanks for your suggestion and I did download the latest version of PLS and run Task PLS. It has the brain score plots with CI's now (yay!). What commands should I use to extract the upper/lower limits of the CI's? I tried using "boot_result.ulcorr" and "boot_result.llcorr" but neither one of these worked (I think these work on Behavior PLS results.....) - would you please let me know? Thanks for your help in advance!
